Harvest Moon Builders is owned and operated by Gloucester native and Rockport resident Scott Bouchie, who has been working in the construction field for over 25 years. A graduate of Northeastern University with a degree in Civil Engineering, Scott has built a solid reputation with his clients and subcontractors.  The goal of Harvest Moon Builders is simple:  Perform high quality work at reasonable rates.  This is accomplished by highly organized and thorough project management, and the use of experienced and skilled contractors.
