Harvest Moon Builders is owned and operated by Gloucester native and Rockport resident Scott Bouchie, who has been working in the construction field for over 18 years. The last 12 years have been spent building custom homes and additions, big and small, with a reputable builder in Eastern Mass.  A graduate of Northeastern University with a degree in Civil Engineering, Scott has built a solid reputation with his clients and subcontractors.  The goal of Harvest Moon Builders is simple:  Perform high quality work at reasonable rates.  This is accomplished by highly organized and thorough project management, and the use of experienced and skilled contractors.
